Since I was finally planning to install the three switches after years, and I had to open the entire center console for the wiring, I went ahead and replaced the whole center console. As this is just a project overview, I'll just list the things I did:
Starting, of course, with the US0000 emblem.
Gear knob with red details
Evo X handbrake lever with red details
Carbon fiber switch plate + 3 (4) switches with functions
Red decorative stitching
Foot cushion
OEM phone holder
Red decorative stitching on the armrest
Climate control module with chrome
